Delete your account

You can delete your PA Posse account and the data tied to it at any time — in the PA Posse app for Android or iOS, on the website at paposse.tv, or by emailing us. Your account is disabled the moment you delete it, and your data is permanently erased 30 days later.

1. Open the PA Posse app and sign in.
2. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Scroll down to Account and tap Delete account.
5. Enter your password to confirm. If you signed up with Google or Apple and never set a password, leave it blank.
6. Tap Permanently delete my account.

You are signed out and returned to the sign-in screen.

1. Sign in at paposse.tv.
2. Open your account — select your name (or My account) at the top of the page.
3. Choose the Settings tab.
4. Under Delete account, select Delete my account.
5. Enter your password to confirm (leave it blank if you signed up with Google or Apple and never set one), then select Delete account.

Can't get into the app or the website? Email support@paposse.tv from the email address on your PA Posse account and ask us to delete it. If you write from a different address, we will first ask you to confirm the account is yours. Once your request is confirmed, your account and the data listed below are permanently erased within 30 days.

• Your account and profile — your email address, your password (only ever stored as a secure hash), your display name, and the link to your Google or Apple sign-in if you used one.
• Push notification tokens for your devices — removed as soon as you delete, so notifications stop straight away.
• Your chat messages, together with the name shown next to them — taken down from every race chat as soon as you delete.
• Race access — the races and passes you bought or were given, and any membership subscription records.
• Watch progress — where you left off in each replay (Continue Watching).
• Notification preferences.
• Chat moderation records about your account, if there are any.

Playback-error reports sent from the website while you were signed in are detached from your account, so they no longer identify you, and are deleted automatically after 90 days.

• Order records, in anonymized form— what was bought, the price, the date, the payment status and the payment provider's transaction reference are kept for accounting, tax and refund purposes. They are detached from your account and no longer linked to your email address or name.
• Payment providers' own records — Stripe (purchases on the website), Google Play and Apple (purchases in the apps) keep their own records of your transactions under their own privacy policies. Deleting your PA Posse account does not remove those.
• Backups — we keep nightly backups of our database for 30 days to recover from failures, so erased data can remain in a backup for up to 30 more days before that backup is deleted. If we ever have to restore from a backup, accounts that were already due for erasure are erased again automatically.
• Replays you downloadedfor offline viewing in the app are stored only on your device. Remove them from the app's Downloads screen, or uninstall the app.

• Immediately— your account is disabled: your sessions stop working on every device, you can't sign in, you stop receiving notifications, and your chat messages are removed from race chats. A membership billed on the website is set not to renew, so you won't be charged again.
• For the next 30 days — the rest of your data is kept in case you change your mind. Email support@paposse.tvfrom your account's email address within that time and we can restore your account.
• After 30 days— your account and the data listed above are permanently erased. This can't be undone. You are then free to sign up again with the same email address as a brand-new account.

Subscriptions bought through Google Play or the App Store are billed by Google or Apple, so deleting your PA Posse account can't cancel them — cancel them in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings.
